HALO was commissioned by Wellington Sculpture Trust to Commemorate 40 Years of Public Art in New Zealand’s Capital City. The monumental virtual sculpture is presented on Te Aranui o Pōneke / The Great Harbour Way and viewed through a mobile device in real time and full scale. QR code access is provided at three sites: one at Te Papa Tongarewa Museum of New Zealand on the terrace fronting the promenade, and at two waterfront locations - in front of Te Papa and outside the Star Boating Club.
